Christian life coaching for women

Rooted in Christ.
Growing in every way.

Rhiza Coaching is rooted in Christ, helping women grow — in mind, body, and spirit — into who God made them to be. Not as an expert with all the answers, but as a companion walking alongside you.

“…rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith.”COLOSSIANS 2:7

The story

I built Rhiza because I needed it first.

A few years ago I was doing everything right on paper — serving at church, hitting goals, keeping the plates spinning — and quietly running on empty. My faith had become one more thing to perform. My body was the last thing I made time for. My mind never stopped.

What changed wasn't a new productivity system. It was going back to the root: who Christ says I am, before I do a single thing. Growth came after that, and it came slowly, the way real things grow.

That's the work I do with women now. No hustle culture. No performance. Just honest conversation, scripture that actually meets you where you are, and a plan you can keep on an ordinary week.

Deep roots first. Everything else grows from there.

Coaching

Whole-person work, one woman at a time.

Every offer below is 1:1. We tend the spirit first, then the mind and body that carry it — because you don't grow in pieces.

1:1 Rooted Coaching

12 weeks · biweekly sessions

The core of what we do. We start with what's actually going on — not the tidy version — and build a rhythm of prayer, honesty, and small faithful steps you can keep after our time ends.

  • Spiritual formation & scripture practice
  • Mind: thought patterns, boundaries, rest
  • Body: sustainable habits, no shame

Season of Discernment

6 weeks · focused

For a specific crossroads: a move, a calling, a relationship, a career shift. We slow the decision down, bring it before God, and get clear on the next right thing.

  • Clarity on one decision
  • Prayer & scripture around your question
  • A written next-steps plan

In their words

Women who stopped white-knuckling it.

I came in exhausted and pretending I was fine. She never once made me feel like a project to fix. Six months later my prayer life is real again and I actually sleep.

I'd done all the self-help. What was different here was that everything was tied back to who God says I am — and then to an actual plan I could follow on a Tuesday.

At 54 I thought the growing part was behind me. It wasn't. This was the most honest, least preachy year of my walk with Christ.

Questions

What you might be wondering.

No. Coaching looks forward, not backward. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I won't replace a good counselor or pastor. Coaching is for the woman who is already stable and wants focused support to grow toward what's next.

I work with women who want to follow Jesus and are open to scripture-based conversation. You don't need perfect theology, a quiet time streak, or a certain church background. Come as you are.

We start with where you are — the real version. From there we pray, look at what matters most for this season, and leave with one or two small steps you can actually take. Sessions are honest, unhurried, and practical.

So have many of the women I work with. The difference here is the starting point: not fixing yourself, but returning to who Christ says you already are. Growth is slower, but it lasts.

I call them small practices, not homework. They're optional, realistic, and tailored to your life. The goal is not more on your plate; it's one or two rooted rhythms that actually stick.

Let's talk about where you're stuck.
